By using this website, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and any changes will be posted here.
Products
- All items are handmade and unique
- Small variations may occur
- Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen
Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once full payment is received
- Proof of payment is required
- Orders move into production after confirmation
Production Times
- In-stock items: 1–3 working days
- Made-to-order items: 5–7 working days
- Memory Bears: approximately 4–6 weeks after receiving materials
Shipping
- Orders are shipped via PUDO lockers within South Africa
- Customers must provide their preferred locker
- Tracking details will be provided once shipped

Memory Bears
- Materials must be clean before sending
- Each bear is one of a kind
- Turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks
- Unused fabric will be returned where possible
Memory Bears are keepsakes and are not intended as toys. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by third-party couriers.
