All orders are confirmed and processed once payment has been received.
Order Processing
- In-stock items: 1–3 working days
- Made-to-order items: 5–7 working days
Shipping Method
- We ship across South Africa using PUDO lockers
- Customers must provide their preferred locker at checkout
Using Your Own Courier
If you choose to use your own courier, please wait until you receive confirmation that your parcel is ready. You will be notified with the parcel size before collection.
Local Collection
Local collection can be arranged. You will be contacted once your order is ready to schedule a suitable time.
Memory Bears
- Materials must be sent after order confirmation
- We will confirm once materials are received
- Turnaround time can take up to 6 weeks depending on workload
Because Memory Bears are highly detailed and meaningful items, time is taken to ensure each one is carefully made.
Delivery options are selected at checkout, but using your own courier for collection is recommended.
